In today’s fast-paced world, where information constantly bombards us and stress seems to lurk around every corner, finding a way to unwind and gain clarity can be a challenge. However, one age-old practice has been helping people achieve just that for centuries: journaling. Journaling is more than just putting words on paper; it’s a therapeutic tool that offers numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

You don’t really need any special tools to journal. A notebook and pen will do just fine. However, some people like to use more decorative journals. While you can keep a digital journal, this doesn’t give you the proven benefits of writing by hand.
One of my projects is Planet Agora Collections, which has over 200 images that can be placed on clothing, mugs, posters, and, yes, journals. You can find all kinds of topics, but some of my favorites are animals, nature, quotes from poets and writers, and some fairly random philosophical musings.
